I have hit some big bumps in my road man, but it always feels good when you see yourself on the other side of that bump with it fading out of sight and you know you just accomplished something.

- God I love this stuff. It has literally taken me from a life that involved pain every day in a messed up neck and back, to feeling great, getiing in shape, feeling confident, and just making me happy again. I owe it to My School, to Bill Scott and our other instructors, and to each and every one of the guys there that took the time to help me ease back into it. I can't think of any other place I would want to train, or a better group of guys to train with. Thank you to each and every one of you. And Thank You to Bill Scott, Micaela, and Shore Academy.

- Oh that sucks man. I wish I had known they were that bad. I felt bad, but the only way to escape what you were going for was to roll up and I guess I crushed you. Maybe if you weren't a bully going for my jacked up elbow it wouldn't have happened. hahaha. Hope your alright man, sorry if I made them any worse then they were already.

- It's funny. I was waiting to see a comment a lot sooner about that. Fair is fair though, 1 a piece right now No-Gi matches. I see we are going to have to keep track of this.
