Its not evryday you get some great technic, I am using it everyday now, used the half guard stuf yesterday with a guy who , In opinion, has one of the best half guard at our shcool, it was really strange, one day I am just barely surviving in his half guard,, the next day things are 100% better.
I aplogize if I am making a big deal of this, and to me it is, I love BJJ alot
And from I hear rom Tim your pretty crazy about too, so youll understand ,,
