There are times when it's all you can do to get out of bed in the morning.

Forget making any sort of breakfast before you rush out the door, let alone a healthy one.
Forget getting to the gym every morning to clear your mind or waking your body with a little lactic acid.
Forget studying your notes from the last class, organizing your gear or getting all your gi clean for the week.

The mind is an amazing thing, and I'm still learning exactly how much it and your emotions can work against you.
