Sorry to hear about the knee that one is allways a bummer but i hope that it will heal quickly. and as for flavio i will send him a e mail on his sight and see if i can make it thanks for the heads up. on another note i will have Fabricio Werdum at my school in greeley co on january 30th and everyone is invited if you are interested my schools websight is www.Thefarmbjj.com there are some vids and other things on there to look at so enjoy the semenar info is in the news section.
